Lakeshore Resort is close to everything!

From the campground, it is a short 7-minute drive North to Windermere, which includes a convenience store and gas, deep dish pizza, and local watering hole, plus Windermere Golf Course the East.

Driving south, you will reach Fairmont Hot Springs in 7 minutes, which boasts the Mountainside, Riverside, and Creekside Golf Courses, the Fairmont Hot Springs Pool, shopping, pubs, and the Hoodoo Hike, a cultural staple to the Ktunaxa people.

Invermere is only 13 minutes away by car, and boasts many summer markets, attractions, shops, and restaurants. Copper Point Golf Course and Eagle Ranch Golf Courses are nearby with great views and after-golf patios.

Radium Hot Springs is only 20 minutes down the highway to experience the hot springs, hikes, golf, and more, and Panorama Mountain Resort/Greywolf Golf Course is a mere 31-minute scenic drive Northwest.

Nearby biking trails include Mount Swansea (10 minutes NE), Old Coach Trail (18 minutes N), Westside Legacy Trail (21 minutes NW), and the Lake Lillian trails (18 minutes NW) — pack your swimsuit too!

Beginner-to-moderate-hikes include the Wilmer Wetlands, Fairmont Hoodoos, Old Coach, Swansea Lookout, Sinclair Canyon, Redstreak Campground, and more.
